The size is the the maximum waist size in inches so if you like a little extra tail hanging off your belt get a larger size, the belt originally came at 55 Inches and soldiers would cut them down to their own preference.

Tactical Tailor Modular Holster
Tactical Tailors Modular Holster is the only holster you will need. It can function as a belt holster, it can be attached to our modular leg rig as a drop down holster, or it can attach to any MOLLE/PALS style webbing for attachment to vests or other gear.
The Modular Holster features webbing on the front and sides for attachment of extra magazine or utility pouches and the 2 long MALICE Clips(included) can be switched to either side for right or left handed shooters.
The holster is constructed of a composite laminate of Cordura nylon and a high density polymer, which prevents the holster from collapsing when the weapon is removed. Also features an injection molded thumb break.
