Your goods will be sent via Canada post expedited parcels, UPS or CanPar - we always go with the best rate/shipping time, if we can ship for less than you paid we will refund the difference if it is more than $4. Our rates are based on Canada Post Expedited shipping rates for small business as they are the highest rate and sometimes the only service that goes to rural addresses. This gives us room to get your package shipped with the best service and if we can partially refund your shipping costs we are happy to do that as it is a happy surprise for you.

Local Pick Up
Local pick up is available at our store Fridays 10am-4pm. We will have your order ready within one business day of ordering. If your order is urgent please leave a note on your order or call us (403) 782-0898 and we will get it ready sooner.
Shipping Rate - Small items (insignia only!)
For insignia and certain items that fit through the letterbox (less the 20mm height) we have a special rate this is currently;
Up to 100g - $2.50
Over 100g up to 200g - $3.20
Over 200g up to 300G - $4.50
Over 300g up to 400g - $5.00
Over 400g up to 500g - $5.50
Up to 100g - $2.50
Over 100g up to 200g - $3.20
Over 200g up to 300G - $4.50

With this rate your items will not be tracked, however you can also select to have your items delivered via Canada Post Expedited parcel and this has tracking and insurance.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Items may be returned in new and unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit. Be aware when testing merchandise sizing because clothing items that are washed, worn, soiled, bear any odor, or are missing original labeling cannot be returned. Items returned for other than store credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Excluding instances where an incorrect item has been shipped, camogroup.ca does not reimburse or credit shipping expenses.
All returns must be authorized by Customer Service by emailing sales@camogroup.ca A return number will be issued, please clearly mark the outside of the return shipping box with this number, otherwise your package will be returned unopened.
