The hand pockets are fleece lined, The large hip pockets have velcro closure plus a snap on the inside so your valuables won't fall out in your adventures. There are two deep, zippered breast pockets, as well as two velcro sealed interior pockets. The parka also has a large, removable hood with reflective strips. It even has that cool feature where it can unzip along the bottom hem and fold itself into a pillow. They think of everything! Most sizes are height of the wearer over chest measurement in inches. Eg 73/40 should fit someone who is up to 6'1" with a chest measurement of up to 40 inches. We find that a lot of people size up for length.
