Made by Tulmar Safety Systems Inc. Described as, and I quote, "A fabricated removable textile item specifically designed to enclose or partially enclose vehicle body(s), for the protection of cargo and/or personnel, from the elements. It may have opening(s) and/or windows of transparent material."
So I think it is a cover for a truck or something. It does not have windows. It has a bunch of straps to tie it down onto something, and a fitted end.
Approximately 64" x 38". Folded over end is about 6"

Cargo Net Pieces
2x2 net is about 16" x 15" plus tie-down clip ends which are about 6.5". Long straps are about 2 ft. The 2x2 comes in 2 types. Type A has 3 female ends and 2 male ends. Type B has only male ends.
2x1 net is exactly half the size of the 2x2 but the longer straps do not have male ends on them. This variety only has the 3 female ends.
Type 3 has only the tie-down clip ends and 3 male ends.
Type 4 seems to be maybe a corner attachment as the tie-down clip ends are shorter and at an angle. Style A has 3 female ends and 2 tie-down clips. Style B has 3 male ends and 2 tie-down clips.
Tie-Down Clip attachments have 1 clip and one female end. They are about 6" in length.
Take it ALL for a measly $300!!

Straps/Tie Downs
Useful for tying stuff to stuff, holding things down, and what have you. These babies are various lengths and just over an inch wide, and can easily be clipped together for extra length.
Extender Clip - has a clip end and is about 7" in length.
Extension Strap - is a plain strap with no clip end and is 26" in length.

These are not military issue.
Non-Issue Knee Pads
Tommyco Gel Comfort - have 2 padded velcro straps (one above and one below the knee) as well as an elastic strap which would fit behind the knee. Very adjustable and comfortable. They have a thick gel knee pad with a rubber, honeycomb texture, outer. These are in good used condition - dirty, but definitely have a lot of life left in them.
Blue Unbranded - have the velcro adjustable elastic straps around the top and bottom of the knee. The pads themselves are foam with a hard blue case on the knee. They kind of look like knee pads for roller blading, but with a longer end toward the shin. These appear to be nearly new and have very little scuffing on the knees. As well, it appears one could add extra padding through the back if they wanted.
